How important it is for us to honor others! And to recognize–even if their behavior may not reflect it at the moment–their innate goodness. Here’s a practice to try today: find at least one person, someone close or peripheral–a pedestrian you pass on the road or the person at the grocery store–and take a moment to look at this person and recognize their goodness. See how this may change how you think of or interact with them…and don’t forget to start by recognizing your own goodness!
