 It’s so easy to forget our bodies and disconnect from our physical experiences. This is definitely true for me…and unfortunately it usually takes a cough or headache to wake me up! But the New Year is an excellent opportunity to balance mind, body and spirit. A great way to do this is to take some time every day—either in the morning or at night—to sit or lie quietly and scan your body, emotions and thoughts. The first step is to listen and then acknowledge…and then in the stillness of your experience you may find your innate wisdom and address whatever arises.
