Slow down and enjoy life. It’s not only the scenery you miss by going too fast—you also miss the sense of where you are going and why. –Eddie Cantor
Many of us begin the New Year with a long list of resolutions and the best intentions to achieve our goals. But, sometimes we can get overwhelmed with long “to do” lists and lose sight of what we are doing and why. So, this year I’ve decided to take a different approach. Rather than rushing mindlessly to accomplish everything on my list, I’m paring down the list. I’m choosing a few things to focus on and I’m making the intention to be present with whatever I am doing. Where am I going and why? Well, actually, I’m just trying to be here, fully. And, that’s good enough.
Wonderful way to start a new year!
